In 1965, Kir Bulychev published a collection of short stories "The Girl With Which Nothing Will Happen" - so was the beginning of a series of works about Alice Selezneva, many of which became bestsellers of Soviet children's fiction. With the release of the cartoon "The Mystery of the Third Planet" and the television series "Guests from the Future" Alice firmly took the place of one of the most beloved heroines in the Soviet children's literature.
The work of Kir Bulychev is inextricably linked with the work of the talented illustrator Evgeny Migunov, who created images of Alice and her friends familiar to readers of all ages.
