Veteran of the Winter War, junior lieutenant Andrei Skomorokhov, will meet the beginning of World War II in Peresim, the first city to be refought by the Nazis in 1941.

The lieutenant will face bloody battles, retreat, fighting in the environment, service in a guerrilla unit, heavy German captivity, difficult liberation. From the NKVD special camp he will return to the front as part of a separate assault rifle battalion. Breaking through the lines of defense and participating in street battles, BATALION BREAK will liberate Poland and enter the land of Germany.

The invaluable experience that Skomorokhov gained at the beginning of the war will help him survive and meet Victory in defeated Berlin.
