The famous novel-feuilleton by I. Ilf and E. Petrov "Twelve Chairs" was first published in 1928, and today it is called among the cult works of domestic literature of the 20th century. The story of two con artists, who went in search of diamonds Madame Petukhova, enjoys constant success among readers. The novel, which has withstood hundreds of reissues, is rarely published accompanied by magnificent illustrations created by Kukryniks. This edition is a reprint of the 1968 edition.
