Alexei Urazov is a Russian historian, political scientist and specialist in strategic communications and public relations. He is a ph.d. candidate of historical sciences, a graduate of the history department of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosova. He is the author of a number of scientific articles on the history of international relations, foreign policy of the United States and Great Britain in the Greater Middle East, both during the Cold War and the beginning of the 21st century. In different years he was a member of the group of authors of scientific and applied research on foreign policy and conflictology. The new book, Time for Change, gives the reader a non-trivial view of Cold War Anglo-American relations and offers an analysis of the wave of local crises in one of the key segments of the bipolar world, the Greater Middle East.
