The authors of the proposed book, staff of the Council on Foreign Relations, a think tank of American foreign policy, propose to increase attention to war by other means - the application of geoeconomic measures in the interests of the United States, because either the U.S. will start to use its geoeconomic potential much more decisively and skillfully, or American national interests will increasingly be threatened.
