The purpose of this publication is to help the presenters of trainings, psychologists, teachers (both beginners and experienced) to make better use of the opportunities that provide different types of narratives used in teaching, as well as stimulate the search for new stories. The book consists of two chapters, a bonus, a dictionary and a bibliographic list. The first chapter examines the basic concepts (narrative, history, metaphor, and others), explains the role and importance of stories in learning, and makes recommendations for their use in specific contexts. The second chapter presents a selection of 111 baeks, varied in style and content. Most of them were repeatedly and successfully used by the author in pedagogical (including training) practice. In addition, the information contained in them succinctly characterizes a psychological phenomenon or element of behavior in a vivid, accessible and memorable form. The book is intended for coaches, psychologists, teachers, managers, for all those who by their nature of activity is connected with training, as well as the development and implementation of educational programs.
