In the book 'Savior Alyokhina' honored master of sports of Ukraine, historian and archivist Sergei Tkachenko talks about the short but bright life path of the first champion of Ukraine in chess, the first champion of the USSR in chess composition and the first Odessa master Jacob Wilner. The monograph presents 55 of Wilner's chosen parties, most of which are commented on by the participants themselves. These comments, if necessary, are interspersed with computer refinements. Wilner's creative portrait of 40 of his best compositions and standings will be complemented. And illustrate the author's narration of 60 rare and archival photographs.
