Ambitious teenager Craig Gilner intends to achieve great success in life. To do this, he must go to the best school, then get to the best university and get a better job. However, having passed on an excellent entrance exam to the Manhattan Academy, the guy faces an exorbitant educational load. He stops eating and sleeping, losing faith in himself and becoming disillusioned with life.
To survive the crisis, Craig sent to a psychiatric hospital, where his neighbors in the department are very colorful personalities. Here the guy will find the support he needs and even meet love, look at his problems from a different angle and find the meaning of life.
