Owen's life has gone awry since his father was charged with a crime he did not commit and died in prison. However, Monroe, a system administrator at the school, suggests he may help Owen restore his father's good name by allowing him to use Animus, a device that allows users to explore genetic memories that rest in DNA.
However, the experience of the boy in "Animus" is much wider than he could have imagined.
