Eugene Schwartz (1895-1958) was one of the most famous Soviet storytellers, as well as a talented screenwriter and playwright. The book contains four tales of the writer: "The New Adventures of the Cat in Boots," "Two Brothers," "The Tale of Lost Time" and "The Scattered Wizard," as well as the story "The Adventures of Shura and Marusi." The writer's works teach the child to empathize and help those who are in trouble, to appreciate time and always, no matter what, to believe in a miracle.
