Kolyma - P'etsukh V.A.

Our literary critics, among the survivors of the zero-tenths, happen to call Vyacheslav Pietshu a "people's writer". In the present case, this title has nothing to do with the ensembles of balalaechniks and tales about Kitezh-grad. The fact is that the author of the stories that are included in this collection (written mainly in recent years and previously not published), belongs to the pen of a terminally Russian man. From here nothing so occupies the writer, as far as the past and present of his homeland, views on the future of Russia, but, most importantly, the Russian itself. In turn, from this point flow and part funny, part sad escapades to address this mysterious, unique phenomenon among the nomme of the peoples inhabiting planet Earth. From the author's point of view, the phenomenon of the Russian man is far from being mastered by literature and even, it would seem, to such an unwise question: why we do not like the West - the answer as long as there is no answer.
