"Vasily Stalin, son of the leader of the leader" and the "chubchik of the curly-faced" - the last works of the outstanding Russian screenwriter Eduard Volodarsky (1941-2012). Both novels formed the basis of popular television series.
The legendary pop singer Petr Leshchenko became the hero of the novel. His fate was also replete with unexpected turns: an officer of the White Army, he was forced to leave Russia and accept Romanian citizenship. In exile, he retained his love for his homeland (there his work was always very popular), but after the Victory he was imprisoned by the Soviet authorities, where he ended his days.
