Chapaev i pustota - Pelevin Viktor Olegovich

The hero of the novel is a decadent poet, red commissioner and patient of the psychiatric hospital Peter Void. Every time he falls asleep in the division of his commander Vasily Chapaev, he wakes up in a hospital for the insane. Peter is convinced that the hospital is a figment of his imagination. However, Chapaev assures that both of these worlds are unreal, and Peter just needs to wake up completely. But how to do it, if instead of reality - a shining emptiness?
