ZhZL: Boris Slutskii - Falikov I.Z.

Boris Slutsky (1919-1986), one of the greatest poets of the military generation, lived a significant and tragic life. Iconic, as seen today, it is not by chance said of himself: "I tell a story." A native of Donetsk Slavyansk, who spent his childhood and youth in Kharkiv, by the beginning of world war in Moscow graduated from two universities. Education complemented the harsh experience of the front, having gone through the entire war - from the suburbs to Austria. Wounds and concussions, post-war ailments and homelessness ... - many tests went to the Guard Major in retired Slutsky. The woman of his fate, her illness and death became both happiness and grief.
