The book "One Moment" is written by Anne Philip, the widow of a famous actor, icon of post-war French cinema - Gerard Philip. His life was cut short at the age of thirty-seven at the very zenith of fame.
Fate they had a short life, but a very bright and happy life together. Anne Philip outlived her husband of thirty years, keeping to the end the loyalty of their all-consuming love.
"One Moment" is an endless monologue of a woman, addressed to her dead husband, to someone whom she loved endlessly in her lifetime and continued to love after his death.
This story is deeply confessional. It intertwines two stories, two different views - the wife and daughter of a great actor.
