The musician, who once arrived from Vologodchina, after the release of his first vocal cycle immediately found both admirers and envious. But even the latter ranked him among the classics of Russian musical art. Gavrilin paved his path in music and though he left not many compositions, but each in his legacy - the weight of gold, suffered in long, sometimes long-term searches, in sleepless nights and concentrated thoughts. He wrote not for the chosen, well versed in the intricacies of composer's alchemy, but for all.
