Oral memoirs of the writer Viktor Ardov were recorded by philologist Victor Duukin in 1967 and 1974. Ardov talks about his great contemporaries: Vladimir Mayakovsky, Sergei Yesenin, Anna Akhmatova, Vsevolod Meyerhold, early Soviet satirical magazines (including the famous "Crocodile") and other important figures and phenomena of the 1920s-1930s years. This edition we continue the series, which we do together with the Foundation "Oral History" working with a unique audio archive: earlier we published a book of conversations with Viktor Shklovsky.
